DXA is comprised of founding members, full members, and honorary members.
The DXA General Assembly, composed of founding and full members, has the necessary powers to fulfill the goals and activities of the association. Honorary members have no voting rights at the general meeting.
The Board of Directors, appointed by the General Assembly, holds all power of management and administration, subject to powers given to the General Assembly. The Board of Directors defines the outlines of the association and determines its strategic choices. The Board of Directors elects the President, General Secretary and Treasurer, as well as other future functions.
